Health Hub

Training, nutrition, recovery, and long-term performance. How I think about building a body and mind that lasts.

How I Think About Health

Simple principles, consistent effort, and systems built to last decades.

I approach health the same way I approach money: with a long-term mindset, simple frameworks, and a focus on what I can actually sustain.

I'm not trying to optimize every variable or chase the latest trend. I care about building habits and systems that work for 20, 30, 40+ years. That means focusing on the fundamentals:

  • Training: Consistent strength work, conditioning, and movement quality.
  • Nutrition: Enough protein, vegetables, and calories to support performance and recovery.
  • Recovery: Sleep, stress management, and knowing when to push vs back off.
  • Longevity: Building a body that stays capable and resilient as I age.

The goal isn't perfection. It's having a system you can stick with when life gets busy, when motivation is low, and when things don't go according to plan.
